EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Superior quality organic olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.
This allows us to obtain a high-quality extra virgin olive oil with low acidity.

We cultivate approximately 15 hectares of olive groves specialising in native Cosenza varieties, which, thanks to manual harvesting and cold pressing, are capable of producing an extra virgin olive oil of great finesse and digestibility, excellent for cooking but above all as a condiment on vegetables and fish.
