RICUPO

This wine is made from the finest selection of grape varieties such as Magliocco, Calabrese and Castiglione and represents the essence of the grape varieties cultivated since ancient times Calabrian on the hills of Altomonte.
The grapes are handpicked and vinified separately in small boxes with natural fermentation to preserve the characteristics of individual grape varieties. This wine is made from fermentation of the grapes that come from indigenous grapes varieties such as Magliocco, Merlot and Calabrese cultivated since ancient times on the hills of Altomonte, in Calabria.
The grapes are picked separately and vinified with natural fermentation to preserve the characteristics of individual grape varieties. Then the wine is aged for at least 6 months and during this period it refines its bouquet and its structure. It looks like a very easy to drink wine with a pleasant fruity aromatic framework, which include typical notes of strawberry and cherry. In the mouth has an inviting texture with a sweet and silky tannic structure of great value that make this wine ideal with daily pasta dishes, medium aged cheeses, cured meats and pizzas.

PREMIUM

This wine is made from fermentation of the grapes that come from indigenous grapes varieties such as Calabrese, Merlot and Magliocco, cultivated since ancient times on the hills of Altomonte, in Calabria.
The grapes are picked separately and vinified with natural fermentation to preserve the characteristics of individual grape varieties. Then the wine is aged for at least 12 months and during this period it refines its bouquet, and it captures the complexity typical of the great red wines. It looks like a wine of excellent structure with a very pleasant fruity aromatic framework, which include typical notes of plum, cherry and strawberry.
In the mouth has an inviting texture with a dense tannic structure of great quality that makes this wine appropriate to accompany meat dishes, pasta dishes, medium aged cheeses and salami.

NOVELLO

This wine is made from the fermentation of grapes from native grape varieties such as Magliocco and Calabrese cultivated since ancient times on the hills of Altomonte, in Calabria. It is made using cold maceration with the control of thermal factors through a fine winemaker. The grapes are picked separately and fermented with natural fermentation to preserve the most of the typical varietals, then the wine is aged for at least 60 days to improve its bouquet and its structure. It looks like a very drinkable wine with a fruity aromatic framework, very pleasant to the taste and in which there are the typical notes of strawberry and cherry. In the mouth has a persuasive texture, with sweet and silky tannic structure of great value that make this wine ideal with daily pasta dishes, medium aged cheeses, cured meats and pizzas. ROSATO

This wine is obtained from the vinification of Magliocco and Calabrese, these grapes were present in the Calabrian territory for centuries and grow on the hills of Altomonte in our vineyards, which is why this wine has a flavor profile very fresh and fruity. This wine is made from grapes from indigenous vines such as Guarnaccia Bianca, Greco Bianco and Malvasia Bianca which grow for centuries in the territory of Calabria. The grapes are grown on the hills of Altomonte and vinified separately in stainless steel and even a small portion is vinified in French oak barrels. The wine has a complex bouquet of great finesse with scents of peach, citrus and acacia flowers. In the mouth the wine has excellent structure with great smoothness and pleasantness, characteristics that make it perfect with seafood dishes and soft cheeses. Service temperature preferably at about 10-12 ° C.


BIANCO

This wine is made from fermentation of the grapes that come from indigenous grapes varieties such as Guarnaccia Bianca, Montonico Bianco and Malvasia Bianca, cultivated since ancient times on the hills of Altomonte, in Calabria. The grapes are vinified separately in stainless steel and a small part in French oak barrels. The grapes are fermented separately in temperature controlled stainless steel containers of small and medium size. This wine has a pleasant personality with an harmonious taste in mouth and has an aromatic framework of great finesse and complexity, with scents of peach, citrus and acacia flowers. In the mouth the wine shows a good structure, round and pleasant. These features make it perfect with seafood dishes and soft cheeses. Service temperature preferably at about 10-12° C.


PASSITO

This wine is made from dried grapes that come from indigenous vines like Malvasia and Moscatella, according to tradition on the plant, and then fermented in small containers using only natural yeasts. The wine has an amber color with hints of peach, apricot, candied fruit and dried flowers. In the mouth has a great richness sustained by a natural acidity that makes the wine fresh and elegant. Perfectly suited as a meditation wine, it accompanies very well with blue cheeses and pastries. Service temperature preferably at about 8-10° C.
